Lawns and Weeds
Now is the time to spray pre-emergent on your lawn and rock areas to prevent weeds from sprouting. You can obtain the spray and instructions for application at any of your favorite lawn and garden stores.
Renters
Please review the community Rules and Regulations. Windsong welcomes all homeowners and renters. We want everyone to work together and keep the community beautiful. The website is a great source for information.
Home Improvements
The Association would like to thank anyone that has recently repainted their homes or has made any recent improvements to your home. Not only does this improve the appearance of your home, it helps in the effort to keep our neighborhood beautiful which also maintains the value of our homes. Please evaluate your home to determine if it needs new paint. Before any architectural change or painting is performed that are not reapproved schemes, an Architectural Change form must be completed and submitted to the board for approval. Contact Elise, your community manager, for an ARC form as well.
Volunteers
It takes a lot of helping hands to run a community. If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity, please reach out to a Board member or Elise at Metro Property Services.
On-Street Parking
Please remember that the streets at Windsong are private. This means that the Association is responsible for the repair and upkeep of the streets in the community. All oil should be cleaned up and as soon as possible with kitty litter.

Vehicles need to be operable to be parked in your driveway or the street. Be sure tags are current and that it is clean with inflated tires.
